The 750H is a semi automatic saw that is built and designed to cut aluminum extrusions, profiles, aluminums bars, and other non-ferrous materials (copper, brass, plastics).
Machine Features
This machine is applied to cut aluminum extrusions in semi-automatic operation.
To operate the machine, simply press the foot switch, the machine will automatically perform clamping and cutting for convenient operation.
Single or multiple work pieces can be cut simultaneously.
Feed driven by hydraulic system, providing maximum stability of cutting.
Horizontal cutting and saw move on linear guide way, that assure accurate and large cutting.
The clamping system is controlled by an independent air cylinder, and adjustable clamping pressure as desired to suit work piece type avoids damage on the work piece due to over-pressure.
Saw blade feed stroke can be adjusted according to limit sensor and quickly return button for saving cutting time.
Accurately controlled oil mist system greatly improves lubrication and cooling effect, that provides burr-free cutting and ensures long life span saw blade.
