KCM-80ST Double End Chamfering Machine For Short Tubes

The KCM-80ST is ideal for chamfering short working lengths from 20 mm to 150 mm. With an optional auto feeder, the machines offer a completely automatic loading, feeding, and chamfering process. This range is suitable for clean and even chamfer at both ends of the tube, as well as the radius (round), chamfering and chamfering both the inside and the outside of the material. It can also be used for chamfering solid bars.

Machine Features

1. Specialized in finish chamfering and trimming surface of the interior/exterior angle beveling and end facing of tube and small round bar quickly and accurately.
2. Automatic manipulator feeding and automatic cutter feeding / retracting provides high operational speed and greatly increase productivity.
3. The central line of the processing object and the cutter is precise. Specially design and standardization of the blade make adjusting blade easily.
4. Changing sizes of cut are conveniently made by simply adjusting and changing cutter head and clamp.
5. Different chamfer angle (30/45/60 degree or as your request) are available.
