KCM-60SE single end chamfering machine is used for light-duty chamfering processing, with a 3mm to 60mm OD pipe capacity, can be used for 3-10mm OD small rod chamfering applications as well.
Machine Features
Specialized in finish chamfering and trimming surface of the interior/exterior angle beveling and end facing of tube and round bar quickly and accurately.
Manual material loading and automatic cutter feeding / retracting provides high operational speed and greatly increase productivity.
The semi-automatic model has 2-step feed speed. The first step feed is high speed, then the second step feed speed is adjustable to produce clean and smooth cutting results.
Changing sizes of cut are conveniently made by simply adjusting cutter head and changing clamp.
Different chamfer angle (30/45/60 degree or as your request) are available.
