● This machine is applied to cut wide aluminum profiles automatically.

● Machine adopts the main motor to drive the main shaft + saw blade to rotate at high speed, and the saw head is pushed horizontally through the servo system + ball screw to feed and retract the blade steadily to complete the sawing process.

● Machine adopts servo system+ linear guide + ball screw + supporting roller to feed materials to ensure that the workpiece is not deformed during the feeding process and improve the cutting accuracy.

● Control system from Mitsubishi, can be programmed. 

● This machine uses automatic oil injection to lubricate the guide rod and ball screw to avoid mechanical jams caused by man-made reasons.

● Hidden saw blade to ensure the safety operation.

● This machine adopts oil-cooling method and uses the principle of siphon to automatically spray oil to cool the saw blade during the cutting process, which improves the service life of the saw blade and makes the cutting surface of the workpiece smooth and free of burrs.

● Cut one piece or cut in bundle, suitable for less or mass production.
