Specialized in stud chamfering and stamping of round bar.
Automatic material loading (Optional), automatic material feeding by carrier/lifter, automatic cutter feeding/retracting drived by servo motor provides high operational speed and greatly increase productivity.

Chamfering:
Changing sizes of cut are conveniently made by simply adjusting and changing cutter head and clamp.
Different chamfer angle (30/45/60 degree or as your request) are available.

Stamping:
The LOGO is stamped on the workpiece by using a hydraulic cylinder and a workpiece positioning function.
The engraved workpiece is grabbed by the robot and placed into the slideway, and then neatly slides into the blanking platform (if there is).
