The KEENSAW KCS-70C is a high-speed, fully automatic CNC circular cold sawing machine engineered specifically for rapid, high-precision cutoff of solid metal bars, tubes, and structural shapes up to φ70mm in diameter. Combining a ultra-rigid cast-iron bed with advanced dual AC servo motor drives for material feeding and downfeed cutting, the KCS-70C achieves exceptional linear dimensional accuracy within ±0.05mm, producing clean, mirror-like cut faces with zero burrs.
Designed as a complete turnkey automation solution, the KCS-70C executes continuous auto-loading, auto-feeding, auto-cutting, and auto-unloading. For standard φ50mm mild steel solid bars (20mm cutoff length), cutting takes just 3.7 seconds per piece (4.8s total cycle time), allowing a single machine unit to deliver approximately 6,000 finished pieces per 8-hour shift. With its intelligent PLC interface, a single operator can easily monitor up to 4 KCS-70C machine units simultaneously.
